3ptti Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3ptti", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 3ptti platform, accessible at https://3ptti.pro, and any related mobile or progressive web applications.
• "Platform" refers to the 3ptti website, mobile application, progressive web application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3ptti Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by you upon successful completion of the 3ptti registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in your 3ptti Account wallet at any given time, including both deposited real-money funds and any bonus funds credited in accordance with an applicable promotion.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 3ptti subject to wagering requirements, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a casino game, sports betting market, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or under 3ptti's licensing conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that 3ptti is required to conduct in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the 3ptti Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 3ptti Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3ptti with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3ptti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where modifications are material, we will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 3ptti Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. 3ptti operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. We conduct age verification checks as part of our KYC process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Restricted Jurisdictions: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law or where 3ptti is not authorised to offer its services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Own Account: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. Registering an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order that applies to the 3ptti Platform.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the 3ptti Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions govern account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and must notify 3ptti promptly of any changes.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 3ptti Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 3ptti reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any resulting balances pending investigation.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3ptti strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered users. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: 3ptti is required to verify the identity of all registered users as part of its licensing obligations. You may be requested to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of residential address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any stage during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
• Account Currency: All 3ptti accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You may not change your account currency after registration.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

3ptti processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of approved local and international payment methods. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. 3ptti does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default, however transaction-level limits set by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. 3ptti will not accept third-party deposits and may request verification of payment method ownership as part of standard KYC procedures.
• 3ptti does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3ptti bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 3ptti reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances — including winnings generated from bonus wagering that have met the applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.
• 3ptti will use reasonable endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements.
• 3ptti reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3ptti offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 3ptti Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% of each stake, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per registered user, per household, per IP address, and per device. 3ptti uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate bonus claims and will void bonuses obtained in violation of this rule.
• Bonus Abuse: 3ptti reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from users who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 3ptti determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute an abuse of its promotional offers.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: 3ptti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a user's account.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the 3ptti Platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and instant games:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the user, except in circumstances expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed within each game or betting market before placement. 3ptti reserves the right to set individual user stake limits based on account history or risk management criteria.
• Void Bets: 3ptti reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed using funds that were credited to your account in error. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and the applicable event rules set out in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as stated on the Platform at the time the bet was placed shall prevail.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, 3ptti will resolve the bet in accordance with the outcome recorded on our server logs, which shall be considered the definitive record of the game result. Where a round cannot be completed due to a Platform-side failure, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
• Malfunction Policy: Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, 3ptti reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and return stakes to users. 3ptti's decision on all malfunction-related matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptti Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 3ptti immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 3ptti staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 3ptti Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the property of 3ptti or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or make available any Platform content to third parties without prior written consent from 3ptti.
• Use any 3ptti trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 3ptti without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will immediately terminate the licence granted to you and may result in legal proceedings for infringement.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

3ptti is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered users. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on the Platform and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection of identity and contact information for the purposes of account management and KYC compliance.
• Processing of financial transaction data for payment processing, fraud prevention, and AML compliance.
• Analysis of gaming activity data for responsible gaming monitoring, product improvement, and personalised marketing (where consent is given).
• Disclosure of personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team via the Live Chat facility in your account dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptti's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 3ptti account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3ptti expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, howsoever caused.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or events outside 3ptti's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God).
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3ptti's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You: You may close your 3ptti account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of all pending KYC requirements and wagering requirements applicable to any bonus funds.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 3ptti: 3ptti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a deposit.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, 3ptti reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.

13. Responsible Gaming

3ptti is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of users, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 3ptti accounts:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take immediate effect upon application and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You may configure session time reminders that alert you after a defined period of continuous play. These are available in your account settings and are strongly recommended for all users.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays regular session duration notifications to help you remain aware of the time spent gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: If you believe your gambling is no longer under control, you may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six (6) months at any time. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. You may request self-exclusion via Live Chat or through your account dashboard settings.
• Account Closure for Problem Gambling: If you contact 3ptti and indicate that you are experiencing gambling-related harm, we will action an immediate account closure and will not market to you during any cooling-off period.

14. Amendments to These Terms

3ptti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users by one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed on the Platform upon your next login.
• An email to the address registered on your account.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should immediately cease using the Platform and, if you wish, contact support to close your account.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific notice and will take immediate effect upon publication.

15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

3ptti operates a formal internal complaints procedure to address disputes raised by registered users. If you wish to raise a complaint, please follow the process outlined below:

1. First Contact: Raise your complaint with the 3ptti support team via the Live Chat facility available in your account dashboard. Our support team will aim to resolve your complaint promptly, typically within 24–48 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through first-contact support, you may request escalation to the 3ptti compliance team by sending a written description of your complaint to our support email address (available in your dashboard). The compliance team will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
3. Regulatory Referral: If your complaint remains unresolved following the completion of 3ptti's internal complaints process, you have the right to refer the matter to the regulatory authority under whose licence 3ptti operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from our compliance team.

Please note that disputes relating to the outcome of individual game rounds, where the Random Number Generator or provably fair algorithm has functioned correctly, are not subject to reversal. 3ptti's certified game results are final.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3ptti holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 3ptti's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of any actual or threatened breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm to 3ptti or its affiliated entities.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
